Congratulations 12U's win USJN
 
The Md Lady Hoopsters completed an outstanding weekend of basketball and won the 12U division of the US Junior Nationals tournament held at American University in Washington, DC. Participating teams came from all over the United States, as well as a few teams from Canada and Puerto Rico. The Hoopster completed the tournament 5 - 0 in pool play. The team then won games over the ABGC Lady Bulldogs in the semi-finals and then beat the Ohio Air Attack in the final game. Winning the championship took a complete team effort and every player made a major contribution at some point during the tournament.
Great Job Ladies!
 
The Hoopsters will now take a well needed break and begin fall league play in September.
